Carol R. Curtis, President, brings over 20 years of construction experience within the commercial, private, industrial, government, historical, medical and transportation sectors. Carol personally completed the first design-build fast track project for the Department of Navy in Hampton Roads.

Doug Hall, Director of Field Operations, oversees all aspects of Noah’s onsite operations. Doug brings over 30 years of experience to Noah.

Esther Smith, Director of Finance, brings 40 years of financial management experience to Noah Enterprises. She is responsible for all accounting functions and works closely with the Project Management team.

Chris Daniel, Director of Business Administration, pioneers Noah’s administrative management. Her industry experience totals 35 years in commercial construction with the last twelve years in 8A contracting, technical proposal writing and office management.

Cindy Stringer is Noah’s Assistant Project Manager – with primary responsibility for management of contracts, scheduling, submittals, negotiation and project follow up.

Rocky Natchus, joins Noah Enterprises as a Project Manager with extensive experience with government, commercial, residential and historical projects. He maintains over twenty years in estimating, negotiating and project management.
