Our goal is to make Noah Enterprises a place where people want to come to work every day. Our team is comprised of dedicated people taking pride in the end product of each project… every day. We are extremely selective about the team members we hire. We pay our employees well and provide good benefits, including health/dental insurance and paid personal time. We strictly enforce drug/alcohol and EEOC policies. We are looking only for team members who have the skills to problem solve and meet our clients’ needs.
Noah recognizes that our employees are valuable tools in our continued business success. We know that field and office employees are most qualified to present ideas that can lead to new market areas, more efficient ways of completing a task, and new client solutions. We know this as fact; we value the initiative, and we reward contributions that lead to results.

Safety is the number one priority of any project. Noah management is committed to providing a safe work environment to protect our employees, and the employees of other firms working on each project. Noah Enterprises employees are offered continuing education in safety training.
