Richmond Federal Building

Scope of Work: GSA contracted with Noah to renovate the Richmond Federal Building ground floor cafeteria and dining areas. A design-build project, the final design and construction right-sized the existing cafeteria/dining area and provided new conference rooms and office spaces. The resultant HVAC upgrades and renovations resulted in new energy savings to the client.

Naval Operations Base – Building SP-312
Scope of Work: Scope of work included exterior upgrades involving removal of existing guardrail system, installation of two new sets of concrete stairs with helical pile system and new aluminum guardrail system. Interior work included demolition of existing finishes, minor asbestos and lead abatement removal, bathroom demolition and demolition of existing electrical and mechanical systems of 16,000 sf portion of existing occupied office building. New interior work included new masonry infill at existing openings, rough carpentry, new casework, minor roof repair, new hollow metal door frames and wood doors throughout, interior metal stud, insulation and drywall wall assemblies, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, carpet and rubber flooring, painting, modular furniture, upgrade fire sprinkler system, controls, TABS, mechanical system upgrade, new plumbing piping and fixtures, and electrical upgrade.
Phase 3 comprises interior renovations of an occupied facility with work completed in phases and coordinated with the tenant. Demolition work includes lead and asbestos removal, metal stud and masonry walls, doors, frames and hardware, trim, ceiling, floor covering, HVAC (including roof top units), electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm, miscellaneous equipment, bath fixtures and removal of the concrete slabs in the bathroom where there is a 2’ void from settlement. New work to include concrete (new foundation in bathrooms), masonry repairs, structural steel, metal stud partition, backer board, insulation, drywall, steel doors (including several sound rated doors), frames and hardware, storefront, miscellaneous carpentry, floor leveling and floor coverings to include ceramic tile, carpet and resilient, suspended and hard partitions with steel support, wet pipe fire suppression sprinklers, plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC (fan coil units, grilles, registers and diffusers, ductwork controls, TABS, etc), electrical (new panels, water heaters, lights, outlets, switches, etc), building telecommunication cabling system, fire alarm system, signage and modular panel system furniture. Exterior work includes helical pull down micro piles, new stairs, handrails, bollards, concrete and stair nosing at the loading docks. Rooftop HVAC removal and installation using a crane, miscellaneous stucco repairs and miscellaneous roof repair.

Sandler Performing Arts Center
Virginia Beach, VA
Scope of Work: Noah Enterprises provided labor and materials to install a complete turn-key roofing package (metal and built-up roofs) and metal wall panels for the new state-of-the-art Performance Theatre located in the new Town Center Central Business District.

U.S. Department of Transportation
Scope of Work: This contract consisted of installation of 16 cubicles of modular furniture, manufactured by Herman Miller, containing sliding entry doors and vision glass at the top of the panels. Also included was provision and installation of office furniture for 15 private offices; a wood conference table manufactured by Bretford and capable of accommodating 8 persons, 2 reception desks with transaction counter, and storage tower with side facing bookcase.
