"I want to express my great satisfaction over the work completed at my quarters, Ohio House East.  Noah (Enterprises) was assigned the work to renovate a portion of my quarters while my family and I were still in residence.  The project involved some upgrades in the kitchen, a complete renovation of the master bathroom and the repair of some water intrusion damage.  Mr. Rudy Cerny, a Noah employee, supervised the work in the house.  I was impressed with the high quality of the work and the oversight.  Mr. Cerny has a very critical eye and was not satisfied until the work was completed to his high standards.  I was so pleased by the experience that I would seek out Noah to plan and conduct work on my private residence.

Please express my satisfaction to all concerned with the conduct of this project."
