Scope of Work: Noah Enterprises provided project scheduling services to develop the project submittal log and the project schedule
for the $6 million electrical portion of the total $60 million project. The project schedule was developed on Primavera P3 Enterprise Scheduling
software, cost and resource loaded with over 5,000 activities.

Scope of Work: This work consists of exterior rehabilitation of brick single-family residences, including demolition and rebuilding
of 50 garages; demolition of 50 sunrooms and construction of new entrance porches; construction of rear decks; installation of fencing; removal
and replacement of roofing; and installation of new concrete sidewalks and unit walks.
